Courtyard Newark Liberty International Airport Hotel

Appreciated its caring and very amiable staff.

Its location was stunning, just next door to a taxi, a truck, and a police car.

The queen room is stylish with nice bed and sofa plus a nice couch. The location is marvellous and stunning in an amazing area, not far from Handy in regards the airport as well as a taxi, a truck, and a police car...

I was getting into town very late after two days of driving from Denver and my husband had an early flight back to Denver, so the hotel was very conveniently located to the airport. There was a free shuttle that got him to the airport at 5 am, we also had free secured parking which was very important to me! We needed a place that was close to the airport so he could be there very early and the rest of us could sleep in. Check-in was efficient, the hotel was clean and very quiet, even though we were right next door to an airport! Loved the 12 pm check out!

I got lost and tried to call the airport for directions, however the listed phone number is not correct.....but that might be Booked.net fault? If you are not familiar with the roads, it is a bit tricky to find, but once you find it, then you realize how easy it is.

The staff was fantastic from the front desk attendant to the shuttle driver. The shuttle driver went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us as we had family leaving from nlia to return to Brazil and, therefore, had a lot of luggage. The parking was excellent with the added bonus that we were not charged separately for this amenity.

No noise, inside or out :) Great when traveling cross-continental!

Nice place.. Liked the bar/dining area. Enjoyed the patio. Will be back.

No shuttle to anything but the airport.

this hotel has good shuttle service from the airport every 30 mins. makes good location for weekend break cheaper than central new york hotels. all hotel staff were good. food is very limited here also has shop next to front desk for quick snack.

great spots nearby for walking and exploring parks

I loved the easy access to Ironbound and the Newark Museum, made my city strolls so enjoyable. The vibrant atmosphere of the nearby park areas added to my weekend adventure.

The set up of the hotel was very nice.

The cafe/ resturant was not open all day.

Beautiful design bar eating, high and low seating tables and rooms well decorates.

There was no fridge and microwave in the room

The rooms here are clean and newly renovated. The proximity to the airport is a clear win, with the shuttle service running regularly.

Unfortunately, some amenities are lacking. Basic offerings like complimentary drinking water are missing, and some of the room fixtures still feel stuck in the '90s, with an outdated bathroom setup. The breakfast, while included for two, isn't enough for a three-person family unless you fork out extra cash. After a long journey, the lack of assistance with bags feels like a missed opportunity for a more comfortable stay.
